so confused 5 weeks and no heart beat or nothing in sac please help

went today again for another sono  the tech estimated i was 5 in half weeks  but im so confused because my last period was sept 21 on or about  i defintely conceived on oct 12th  so i feel i should be further  but the sono tech  could hardly see sac  with vaginal exam she did a pelvic sono and saw the sac  no heart beat and  she said nothing in sac  but she thinks im still early to possibly see  i had  several blood work for  levels  2 weeks ago they did double should have trippled but was good that they went up  but my progesterone levels  dropped  and iam on a supplement for progesterone  but  today got me so confused about sono  but im going for blood work tomorow to check my levels again and then next tues for another sono if goes well with blood work   but my dr not giving up and im trying to not give up either  but im so confused is there still hope

thank u  im going tomorow for blood work for my levels  i hoping they are going up  im just so confused   on how many weeks my tech said i was 5 weeks  but from my last period in september and conceived oct 12th i should be about 8 weeks  but the tech seemed  to say 5 weeks so im just hoping im to early to see anything  i have to wait it out another week  but thank u so much

My sac showed nothing on my 5th week n heartbeat was i guess heard around my 10th week scan.. I m now 33weeks.. Dont worry hun .. Its too early for the heartbeat..on safer side u can always check ur beta hcg n see if the amount doubles in 48 hours.. Goodluck :)

i was ovulating that day and i hate to say but it was the only time we had intercourse not before or after and i knew i was  ovulating which is an issue for me and i just knew i was that day  my levels did double from last blood work which wasabout 2 weeks ago but my progesterone levels went down but iam on a supplement to help that  but she did say the sac grew and my beta levels were good  but  no heart beat and nothing showing in sac but the tech said i was  5 in half weeks so that is why im so confused but going for blood work tomorow to check my levels again and another sono next week if all goes well with blood results   but im not giving up hope im still hanging on  thank u so much

How can you be sure you concieved on Oct 12? I wouldn't give up just yet. It could be too early to see anything. Have your HCG levels dropped?
