Hi
I am also 24 weeks and i am having braxton hick contractions as well as having the baby be sooooo low down. I saw my dr last week and he said that unless my pains are regular and painful i should not worry, but he did also say that if i was worried or if i 'didnt feel right' then to always call them. This is my forth pregnancy and it is sooo different from the last 3, i only started to feel like this at around 34-35 weeks with my last one, so it does get worrying.

The dr's and midwifes are there for this reason if you want to call always do.

Let us know how you get on

My baby was always low until the very end, and it caused a lot of pain and pressure on the lower back and stomach. I also had horrible cramping on one side, and it was round ligament. Call your doctor and explain the pain to them. They'll be able to tell you for sure what it is and if you should worry.
