Yeah, my body constantly aches, i have constant pressure down below now too, walking is uncomfortable and sleeping at night isn't great now either.  Difficult when you have a toddler too that needs your attention. My youngest is 3 almost 4, so quite independent in that respect and he is great at entertaining himself too. Do you have any family who could take your girls if only for an hour or so?

Yes. My back kills by the end of the day. My youngest is 2 and she's everywhere.

Im right behind you at 20w and Im always exhausted. It helps when my husband takes my son out on a saturday or sunday.  It gives me time to nap or just lay in bed and not do anything.

I also eat a lot of fruit and cold water (nothing heavy), that seems to help me...

good luck  :)

Hi, I am also a mum of 3 children 6, 5 and 3 and am 34 weeks pregnant with my 4th. I help run my hubby's Internet business, not full time just now and again, you must be run ragged working full time and bringing up 3 kids. All I can suggest is any time you do get to rest, use it wisely! I haven't experienced the blooming phase thats referred to in pregnancy, I have just constantly felt tired his pregnancy, but make sure I put my feet up when I can.
