Okay so it seems nothin I do makes my booobs quit hurting im almost to the point I want to go topless it hurts so bad;; hellp. .. I've tried warm compresses cold compresses warm Epsom salt baths (showers hurt) any ideas???

I know.how you feel mama. The first 3 months they hurt so bad mon stop! O?g someti me s i would cry because i couldnt even sleep they hurt being against the pillow i tried this cream for breast feeding moms at walmart and it helped a bit. Maybe try that. Trust me.momma bear i am now 19 weeks 6 days and they still hurt sometimes so bad. Im even leaking :( i have to use breast pads when i go out :( i hope you feel better i know your pain.

Ive already loosend my bras as much as theyll go ive wore sports bras and tank tops to kinda secure them but it just ***** lol I have a high pain tolerance and I was almost in tears last night anf my poor boyfriend just didn't kno what to do  I just wanted him to quit touching me I was in so much pain lol I couldnt get comfortable for nothing

Just leave them, its nothing you can do at this point, mines used to hurt terribly, but that's just them growing & changing on the inside for milk. How many weeks are you ? Around 12wks mines felt normal again but sure didn't look the same lol .

I started wearing a sports bra for my breast tenderness because any friction made me want to cry and the sports bra has helped a tremendous amount.

Yeah I've tried all that. They are just unbelievably sore

I stopped wearing a bra at home for a couple days and it helped. Also wearing a sports bra when i sleep helps so they arent everywhere and nicely contained. Also a hot wash clothe on them feels amazing.
