sore throat meds??

I'm 21 weeks nd my throat hurts so bad!! I can.feel one side where my glands r is swollen nd it hurts to swallow. does anyone kno wat medicine is.safe??

I have read that somewhere that is works. Never tried it tho. But u can also gargle salt water

You might laugh at me for saying this but Marshmallows lol I am dead serious Suck on some marshmallows. lol They have something in them that coats the throat and soothes the pain.
