spotting
Well i started to spot today, but i dont know if it is my AF, i normally have heavy periods. Last month i had a very light AF which i had never have had before. Well the spotting started out bright red, now it is brown. I wonder what is going on. We will see how the rest of the day goes. Any ideas?
sorry to hear that! i empathize cos i feel the same when my period starts each month. Just gotta keep looking ahead to the end goal, it will be worth it!
Is your period due today? From what I've read, spotting usually occurs a week or so before af is due not actually when you period would be due. You say you had a light period last month, it could possibly be the same again, are your periods regular?
