No, unless your bleeding heavily like a period, it's normal, and perfectly okay to have sex. If you lose your mucus plug, water breaks, or your doctor says not to, then it's fine!

spotting after sex is common especially in the third trimester, it dosent have to be rough, your cervix is softening in readiness for labour, (sperm will help this) and tiny blood vessels are close to the surface and its very easy for one of them to burst, as long as it doesnt turn into heavy bleeding like a period, just mention it to your doc tomorrow

I would watch it and wait for now, as long as its a small amount. The uterus is very sensitive while pregnant and sex (especially if it's rough) can cause bleeding.

Bleeding while pregnant is never 'normal', but is common. Did you recently have a pelvic exam done, or have sex? Are you having contractions? You might not ever see a mucous plug before labour, I never did with mine and many others haven't either.
