prolly not much to worry about then, just try not to lift anything really heavy, put counter pressure (by pressing) on that particular area when you cough or sneeze and don't do anything too strenuous and it will help to reduce the risk of tears.

Unlucky for me, right when the doc tells me this I have a horrible chest infection and can't stop coughing.  LOVELY!

It's funny you should ask about this....I've been getting sharp stabbing pains sporatically on my right side kind of off to the right of my uterus.  I asked my doc about it at my appt yesterday...he said that since I've been pregnant so many times (this is #5 that's made it this far...19 wks) that I am more prone to not just the round ligament stretching But TEARING of the ligaments...and this will cause those pains.  He said when it happens to rest and put my feet up, take tylenol for the pain and use some light heat from a heating pad.  I also asked about having BH this early and he said that becuase of the tearing and the shifting of the baby it could aggravate the uterus and cause bh.

Hope this helps.  I did notice that my pains stop when I sit down for awhile and start up with even minimal walking.
