stiff neck and back

Has anyone in early pregnancy experienced a painful stiff neck and back...my back and neck have had a stiff pain in them the last 2 days or so.  Just curious...it may very well be from all the stress i have been under.

these are what I have experianced so far...

light pink discharge for 10 days
indigestion
nausa
headaches
pinching in overies
movement in stomach
moody
increase in vaginal fluid(discharge)
belly itching occasionally
Very exhausted
very dizzy
feeling lightheaded
hungry often
frequent urination
little emotional
sometimes very horney other times do not want to be touched (even by my son for a hug)
have been hot
sometimes have small spurts of energy

Only lower back pain- and that occured right around when AF was supposed to show up. After that- only got (still get-ughhhhh) backpain after BFP!  A few things I noticed when I suspected a BFP:

Soft Cervix
Increase in CM (mucas plug forming)
EXTREME hunger
Slight moodiness (more than usual)
Sleeeeeeeeeepy
and this wonderful nauseated feeling if I waited too long to eat!
