i need help understanding my stillborn babies pathology report???

Only a doctor can explain a pathology report to you.  I'm very sorry for your loss.  I, too, have had a stillborn at 37 weeks.  Mine was due to a cord accident.  I hope you get the answers you are seeking.

Sorry for your loss, I lost a little girl shortly after birth, she was born at 23 weeks and the dr's would do nothing for her. Does it give a final report at the end?
