They often tell you not to sleep on your back after 18-20 weeks because it puts all the baby weight on you and itsnt good for the babies circulation. They will advise you to lie on your sides and even say the left side is better for circulation.

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to pee and have what feels like an actual stomach cramp, different from the round ligament pain, as soon as I stand up. I was told it was also how Baby was laying.

Btw don't worry every pregnant woman worries even if we don't need to it's our mommy nature and it doesn't go away after the baby is born just intensifies with love because your heart is a soon to be walking talking bundle of joy and chaos lol

I get lots of weird pains from my uterus stretching!! Plus, my left side, down low, hurts a lot..its from the c-sections..my doc stands on my left side n that's where its pulled tighter when he's stiching me back up!! He says my scar is tighter there!?! I remember this pain with my last daughter too!! Even tho I know what it is, it still worries me sometimes!! Lol..;-)

Lol unless it's a pain that doesn't go away, it's excruciating, or it starts becoming regular like contractions then it's usually normal lol

Probably round ligament pains, while quite uncomfortable it's normal because of the stressing. As for the discomfort when on you're back that's because the baby is high and starting to get cramped also maybe laying in the big vein so just try getting comfortable on your side a pillow between the knees help or elevate yourself with pillows if you really have to be on your back. Hope that helped :-)
