stomach pains

I havn't had any morning sickness or anything and all day today I have had dull cramps in my lower back just like before I was pregnant right before AF would pay a visit. Now I have these kind of dull pains in my lower abdonminal and they are making me nauseas(?) and hard to eat. I am about 4 1/2 months along.

Is it something to worry about or is it somtimes normal.

Don't feel bad bothering your doctor for everything.  That's what they're there for. I am a first time mommy and I call for EVERYTHING lol but better safe than sorry.

Thank you for your help, I don't think its round ligament pain already had those and it hurt like h***. How long should I wait til I go see the dr, I don't want to be one of those ppl that bother them for every little thing. Do you get fevers with kidney infections? I don't have a fever in fact my temp is 97.5. I have been going to the bathroom more then usual today already gone 3 times in about an hour and I have never gone that many times since I became pregnant normally I only go once an hour.

It could be round ligament pains im 24 weeks and this is my 4th and i still get them. Just rest whenever possible. If its still bothers you call your doctor. But the pains are normal. As long as your not bleeding you should be fine.
It could also be a kidney infection. I remember my sister had a bad one around five months pregnant.
