stomach soreness

Ok so. I'm 29 wks pregnant tomorrow well for the past few days I've been having pains down there and my stomach has been so sore & sensitive to touch. My belly button is all the way sticking out that hurts also. At my last doc.appt my doc only told me that my son is definitely head down. But whys my stomach so sore?? I go back in a week, and this would be my 2nd child but I never had any of this with my daughter!!

I woke up with a sore belly sometime but i always figure it's from my baby's kicking and punching. Lil one seem to be over active and doesn't need to sleep.
But I guess it could be pulling and starching  muscles too, what do I know I'm a FTM, lol.

Im 29 wks too! Your stomach muscles are working overtime right now. As you get further along and your belly gets bigger gravity is pulling it down. They are stretched to hold the baby in place until birth! My doctor said the best way to get relief is to buy a belly belt...which will support and help hold your belly up. This will give the muscles a break too!

I'm 29 weeks and also have a sore tummy. It's my muscles though.. Ligaments stretching i'm sure. Somedays are worse than others.

it could just be your muscles stretching.... I am 28 weeks and my belly button is always super sensitive and some days my tummy is really sore, growing pains are not fun thats for sure....at least we only have like 11 ish weeks to go :)
