I'm 34+2 and I was wondering is it ok for me to stretch still, while doing it I always gets worried and try not to stretch my stomach so much but at night its impossible for me to sleep and I have the worse back pain ever so naturally I try to stretch my back out as much as possible!! Is it ok to be doing this?

As long as you're not hurting or making yourself uncomfortable it's fine.
