stuffy nose!

I'm 12 weeks today, and since the beginning of november my nose has been stuffy. im blowing it all day, i dont feel sick like a cold or anything. anything i can do to make this better? Am i the only one this has happened to?! hellppppp! :)

Its likely caused by all of the increased blood flow! Unfortunately its a pregnancy thing. :/ if its caused from increased bloodflow i don't think theres anything you can do. However if it is an actual sinus problem(sinuses are filled with mucus etc you can take sinus medication and it will help). The sinus cavity filling with mucus can be a pregnancy thing as well and due to hormones.

I had that too I ask my doctor and he said its a good sign. Told me I may use Afrin no drip nasal spray. im burly getting over that thank God :)

Look up pregnancy rhinitis! I've had it this whole pregnancy havnt been able to breath out my nose since I hit 12 weeks and the months of blowing my nose has given me bad nose bleeds daily. The only thing that help a lil is nose sprays, im 37 weeks so hopefully not much longer til I can breath normal again.

Mines like that sometimes but its a lot of sneezing and drainage with it. My doc said allergies of course and to take benedryl. Not sure if you have a sig. other or not, but if so, you may want to try sitting in the bathroom while they take a hot shower and tge steam should open your sinuses :)

It is definitely rhinitis :) its funny, my nose is stuffy runny alll the time, but i can tell once its my allergies. ill take a zyrtec, clears my allergies right up but i still have stuffy nose and stuff!
