I ate a cold cut from subway and now I feel guilty please tell me my baby will be okay :/

Unless you're having symptoms of food poisoning, there's nothing to worry about, honestly, it's more of "just incase" but not likely to cause any issues, I'm sure you're just fine! :) I've ate quite a few this pregnancy.

I ate subway throughout my first pregnancy, everything was fine. If you are worried ask them to heat you sandwich, I love mine heated.

I eat a cold cut sandwich every now an then even with my other 2 pregnancies an my kids r fine I've done the same with this pregnancy an so car so good

Well this is my first time eating it and I knew I wasn't supposed to but I was craving it soooo bad and a pregnant girl in front of me ordered a cold cut so I felt like I could too lol

You should be fine. My dr told me to stay away from cold cuts because alot of times delis don't clean their coolers enough to kill germs and bacteria and it can be harmful to unborn children.

Ur gonna be just fine just don't eat a lot of deli and processed meats. They can carry germs. It's best to warm meat up via cooking it to a certain temp therefore killing off all germs.

Didn't know about cold meat. Ive always eaten it and I have healthy children. You will be fine

I honesly dont understand why we cant eat cold meat. I mean, its already fully cooked not like its raw and we all eat it our whole life anyways. Lol just my opinion.

I had never heard with my first two pregnancies you were not to eat cold meat. I did pretty often. Your going to be fine. Don't stress over it.

I ate sandwiches from subway and this other place that's kinda like subway & was fine... Just be careful but u should be okay and baby too
