Okay thanks! :) I just woke up and now my fingers are swollen! I work on my feet too, I do housekeeping for 7-8 hours. And my feet hurt so bad!Im walking all the time :\ I have to walk for gym instead of playing wallyball with the others so the ball doesn't hit me, I walk at work, and when my bf comes over we go into town a lot and walk around in the stores...

Compression socks. Elevate your feet above your heart as much as possible.  You should have so many pillows under them that you can see the tops of your feet without moving neck.

I've been getting some serious swelled feet and ankles since like 20 weeks because I work on my feet. I always just lay down and rest with my feet elevated above my heart and also soak them in warm water with Epsom salt. Also drink lots of water and see if you can get someone to give you a foot rub every once in a while. Best feeling ever! Lol.

I'm 33 weeks too. I have the same problem. Ive just noticed it in the last week and a half or so. My midwife told me its completely normal and to continue to drink plenty of fluid and walk. Wear shoes that have lots of room and rest when tired. Don't be on your feet too long. Just listen to your body.

Have you put your legs up. I do that every night sometimes I sleep with my legs straight up. You should try to put two to third pillows underneath your legs for 30 mins. If that doesn't work you should talk to your doctor because it could be a sign of preclyamcia
