my feet are super swollen too, like mommyd said keep them elevated and try to drink lots of water. also my Dr told me to cut back on sodium which i have found really hard to do since it is in everything! I also read that foods high in potassium help flush it out.
My doctor told me from 18wks on your feet will swell especially at the end of the day! Also if you are none active it will contribute to the swelling. My doctor advised me when I sit to have my feet up. Also if I sit for a long period of time to roll my ankles on circle motions and stretch the calf muscles! You may also want to up your water intake to keep the muscles in the feet and ankles hydrated!
