Lay in a warm bath with your feet and legs completly in the water. That's what I just did and it feels so much better. On the road drink water and maybe where sandals or something
When I wear socks it makes it feel worse for me. Hope this helps
No salt, lots of fluids, elevate your legs, or lay on your left side.
Try to keep your feet up as much as you can tonight and drink a lot of water, that's all my doc told me to do, I've been swollen lately too, I'm 32 weeks. I'm sorry if its not much help :(
