tanning lotions while breastfeeding?
Ok so i am currently going to a salon to tan and i am still breastfeeding...i have asked and researched in tanning is bad while breastfeeding and it isnt...but what about lotion!! Will it go into my breastmilk and wil it harm my baby??
I cant see why it would be bad but I agree with motherofan18month in that you shouldn't put it on your breasts, UNLESS you are showering before you nurse your baby.
ohh was gonna say to just not use tanning lotion on your bb's, but instead use baby oil if u are concerned!!!!
i had to stop tanning becaue the heat started making me sick and then i found out i was preggo and haven't tanned in 3 years so im not really sure if the lotion could cause harm to ur breast milk....maybe the ob would know!!! sorry i couldn't be of more help!!!!!!!
