Try the generic brands from Walgreen's or CVS. I got so nauseous with the similac brand it was horrible. After switching to those two I've been able to keep them down just fine.

Prenatals made me so sick I couldn't eat hardly anything. I gagged on everything. I finally had to stop taking them and now I just make sure I eat lots of stuff with calcium and take vitamin B with folic acid and vitamin D. Still gag at nasty smells and such but it's not as bad as it was!:)

I gave up on mine they always just made me so sick and yucky!

I had to give up on them entirely. I'm 32 weeks and tried to start taking them again but they still make me sick now!! I asked my midwife and she said to concentrate on folic acid - unless you eat an unhealthy diet baby will get all the nutrients it needs anyway.. You're the one who won't get enough as baby comes first!!

I found it's better to take them at night, and with a flavored drink so that you don't taste the vitamin too much, that's what helped me at least.

I stopped taking mine and just took folic acid. It's perfectly safe and folic acid is the only one you need for baby, the rest are for you because baby will take your vitamins and minerals so this tops you back up. X

i used to do that to, but im in my 2nd trimester now so i dont really get sick as much as i did.. but i started taking my pre-natals with food & it helps out alot better, cause if you take them with a empty stomach it can make you very nausea & than most likely you will vomit.

Ugh! I couldn't do it either.  They smell super bad and everything I always run to the RR to throw them up with the water I consumed with them . it's disgusting. I take the gummy prenatals . I bought mines at Walmart.  They are gummy and sweet . you will love taking them !

Try just a multivitamin or the ones for kids. The prenatal might be too strong thats how I was with my first.
