throwing up blood..

This morning I woke up with a little bit of diarreah (however its spelled) and my stomach has been in terrible pain all day, well I just threw up and a bunch of blood came up. I don't know if it is just the flu or something more serious...

I called my Dr and he said I might of popped a blood vessel in my throat from throwing up, but since I'm toxemic I have a chance for my blood platelet count to drop so if it keeps happening I need to go in

I read that's a warning sign
during pregnancy.
I'd go to the hospital.
