You can ask your doctor to give you nausea medicine if you're habing trouble keeping food down :) i take it and it helps alot
I was like this with my daughter, I would just eat crackers and drink sprite. I did that for almost a whole week and I would try Lil pieces of other food and sometimes they stayed down. Take it easy and stay away from greasy food. A cherry limeade from sonic was my life savor when morning sickness hit. It always made everything go down easier. And even with all the crackers and some meals I missed I still gave birth to a healthy 9lb baby girl. Take small ampunts on foods , as long as your getting something in your stomach you and your baby will be fine ;)
I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I have been able to keep everything down except wienersnitzel. I threw that up 5min after eating. And I just went to bed and let my stomach relax. Didn't want to risk throwing up again.
I have been living on beef and chicken bone broth for it's health benefits and I can't keep anything else down
I would always eat more... Sometimes I would let myself throw up before I ate, just to get it out of my system... Like if my body felt the action I could eat. For me, I noticed sometimes I would throw up if I was eating on an empty stomach, because air was trapped and when I tried to burp it pushed the food up :/
I threw up in the middle of eating and it may sound weird but I just continued eating afterwards because I felt a little better but sometimes it would ruin my appetite ask day and I would make myself snack on crackers and other small things just to keep food in my stomach because throwing up acid is the worst!
I hope you feel better mama!
