We bought our crib already and a dresser and little stuff. We got it when we got our taxes back.  Its up to you when you start buying.

i would say that its fine i just would keep it in the box for a few more weeks just to be on the safe side. i had 2 misscarriages so i waited to buy stuff but it is completly normal to be excited.

I have always waited till the second trimester to do any shopping due to me having a couple of m/c's but it is all up to you and you can always return them if you get them from the right places. Good luck. Im sure you will be fine.

Congratulations! it is so natural to get excited. if there has been no complications then starting the preg shopping is okay. though generally people do stretch their patience till the 12th week is past to begin informing relatives and buying things to  make sure. but it all depends on how you feel about it!

Its natural to be like that, i was only 8 weeks when my parents went out and bought cot, pram and dresser, its entirely upto yourself. I am 12 weeks and have my first scan tomorrow to find out if all is well, fingers crossed. I asked if everything was fully refundable if the worst happened and the shop will be happy to take the items back if needed. Congratulations, all will be fine!
