transverse at 32 weeks

Ok, I am 32 weeks and was at Labor and delivery on Friday due to spotting and contracting regularly- the contractions eventually stopped but I've begun to funnel. The attending Ob//Gyn did an ultrasound and found the baby is transverse high in my rib cage.

What are the percentages the baby will actually turn to head - down. I also have gestational diabetes so I don't know that will further complicate the situation.

Babies can turn up til the last minute, there was a woman on here who's baby turned at 39 weeks. My doctor told me after 36 weeks is when I should worry about it.
