look up fertility friend online, it has chaarting and also fully explains who to chart and learn your cycles. It is super easy and I love that you can do a search of other charts that are similar to yours.

Evening Primrose Oil shouldn't be taken to conceive.

The other items aren't going to help you conceive. A prenatal vitamin and Folic Acid will help *prepare* your body for becoming pregnant. To conceive you'll need to pinpoint your ovulation time, eat healthy, maintain a healthy body weight, don't drink or smoke, etc.

My doctor advises me NOT to take evening primose oil, as it thins your lining, making implantation difficult. I have stopped ever since.
I have heard that prenatals tend to cause constipation. If you don't have any problems, go for it. If you do, it is actually better to take plenty of fruits vegetables and fruits for the vitamins you need.
For me, folic acid is all I need, I'm taking plenty of raw vegetables for my vitamin needs.

Like posted above, prenatals give you all you need. You should know though that nothing you're taking actually AIDS in conception. Folic acid is needed for baby during pregnancy and is good to take before so baby has it when conception does occur. I've only heard of evening primrose for inducing labour/helping the cervix and geritol makes no fertility claims and has no proof it helps.

If you want to get pregnant you need to learn your fertile days and have sex accordingly.
