trysomy 18

Hi my name is Marya, Im 22 weeks pregnant and they told me that my baby is releasing low nutrients and that this might be trisomy 18. They did the amniocentesis shot and I have to wait to weeks or pay $500 dollars to get my answer faster.The nutrients are 0.43 and they expected 1.25. All the genetic counselor told me was that my baby is going to die from now to maybe a year after she is born. If the amnio returns negative, "what should I be expecting on my baby's health and what chances do I have of her being nornal?
