If you ovulated on the 14th it would be too soon to be feeling implantation pain. Implantation is usually 5-7 days after ovulation.

How do you know that was your ovulation day? Did you use an OPK? The thing about miscarriages is they completely throw your cycle so even though normal ovulation would be 10-14 days after the first day of your last period usually after a miscarriage BEFORE you get your first period it could be anywhere and usually is not as early as 14 days.

I'm sorry for your loss. Did you ever go for a follow up app with your dr?  What month is 31 and 14 is that march and april? If so that is a long time to have not gotten your period. My suggestion is to get in to see your dr and get some blood work done and a exam etc. If you are not pg they can prescribe somthing to bring your period on if you are cleared of having any post complications from the m/c. I have had 6 m/cs and a few I had a messed up cycle for about 3 mos. A miscarriage really puts not only your body through alot but your cycle gets affected sometimes too. I hope you can get this figured out. I'm so sorry for your loss. Take care and best wishes to you. If you need to talk I'm always here...
Hugs,
AP

After having a miscarriage it can take longer to ovulate and receive your period. I didn't get a period until 6 weeks after my miscarriage and I've heard of people not getting one until 8+ weeks after. Honestly it most likely isn't pregnancy but rather something else.
