tubal after twins and twins again

Ok, I am at a loss. I had twins 7 months ago. The day after they were born I had a tubal ligation. I have 4 children, 12, 7 and 2 7 month olds. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that I did not get my period as scheduled. I took 5 at home tests and they were all positive. I went to the doctor and my hcg was 26. So, next I went to my OB. I have had hcg levels every 3 days for the last 2 weeks. My last one was the beginning of last week and it was 2597. Last week when I had my ultrasound they saw 3! Yes 3! dark spots in my uterus. This is good because at least they are not ectopic, but very bad because I am looking at another multiple pregnancy 7 months after twins. My head is spinning. How does this happen? I mean not only did one egg get through, but three eggs got through. WHEW! I need help.

Im full testament to a non working vasectomy...like I told hubby, sometimes you have swimmers, and somtimes you have jumpers. I am 5w6d with twins, very first multiple pregnancy. But I know all to well of the issues that ligations have. Sometimes they work, sometimes they dont, other times they work when they wanna.

congradulations!!! ive been hoping for twins just because twins run in both sides (mine & my DH) and that would give my lil boy 2 bro's or sis's to play with but have been unsuccsessful in conceiving. anyways i hope you do have a lot of support close by as those lil boogers can be a handful at times, but im sure that you already know that. good luck and best wishes!!!

Oh my!!! Well I have heard a tubul ligation is not a sure thing. Even a vasectomy isn't! Now a full hysterectomy would take care of fertility. Well, I hope everything goes well for you!!! Do you have a lot of help nearby?!
