tuna fish safe?.
Thats what I planned for making for dinner tonight.
I was told Trout, Salmon, Tilapia and Tuna were safe to eat, in moderation. Also only 12oz at a time.
Eat in moderation. Some say it's ok some say no. Just Depends. I eat maybe one or two times a week tops.
