Last night I found out that I was having twins after I was told at my obgyn there was one sack now when I went to the er last night for mild cramps I was told that they see two sacks is that possible

Im sure you are:) i found out i was having identical twins at 6weeks exactly! Its alot to take in but once you do its amazing, i feel so wonderful knowing im able to carry two children at once:) i mean dont get me wrong i was amazed at conceiving my first single child but not alot of women can have twins so consider yourself blessed! Yes its possible.  Identical twins separate at different times.  There are many different kinds of twin pregnancies (Chorion/amnionicity) that I'm not going to get into,  but to answer your question,  yes,  it's possible that only on sac showed at your first ultrasound and now there are two.  Congratulations.  Twins are incredible.

you would be suprised how common it is for them to miss a twin. sometimes it can go unnoticed for months a friend of mine was high risk and got ultrasounds at every appointment and she never knew she was having twins until another baby started coming out at birth. sometimes it happens so I say very possible.

Its possible but I say you should get an ultrasound weeks later to make sure ..

Maybe one is the baby n the other one a yolk sac I had 2 sacs 2 but the yolk sac disappeared & I'm just having one Lol 11w3d
