two pregnancy tests said negative but havent got my period in two monthes

i havent got my period in two monthes, i am 18, i normally have a regular perriod,  but i took two tests one a few days ago and they are both negative... i feel sick every night and morning, random headaches, tired all the time, and gassy, could i be pregnant?

could i go to a free clinic and ask for a blood test and if its negative would they try and figure it out

I got a negative result then tested about 4 days later and got a positive so if you are pregnant it can change in a week but if its negative when you test again then you should see a doctor to figure out why you're late

well i wass thinking about taking another one, i took one about a week ago and one about a month before that and they were both negative do you think it would change in a week?
