Ive had a headache for the past 2/3 hours now... im allergic to tylenol and been sipping on water for a half hour now. Is there any other natural ways to relieve a headache??

I had chronic migraines and dizzyness instead of morning sick ness (even though I would get nausious from the migrains and light headedness) I ended up having to drink a lot of caffiene and would have to go to the er from time to time because I would have them for days at a time. Eventually I was perscribed percocet and was even given morphine to help releive it. Chocolate has caffiene as well. So maybe its time to call the ob or midwife to see what they suggest. Also try cold packs on the back of the neck and the forehead.

If you can take Excedrin Tension that is safe.  Only the tension headache though, not the other types.  Also my grandma SWEARS by drinking flat Coke for a headache.  Sounds gross I know but it works sometimes.  I just drink it not flat does the same thing.

Try a little caffeine. That's what my OB recommends when tylenol doesn't work. It works for me. I drink a whole mountain dew or similar soda pretty quick and 15 minutes later, headache gone.

You can try an apple. Apples are a natural home remedy. Red, not green.

Try having a nap, i like to have a sleep before taking any tablets, my headaches are normally stress related so i get into bed, get lost in a book then nap for a while n normally wake up feeling less stressed and no headache x

Try some watermelon. It opens up the blood vessels and it always helps when I have a headache :)
