I have has 3 ultrasounds in the last 4 months. The thing is that with the first one I was a week off I was 7 weeks and the baby was showing 6 weeks that was on 5/8/2008 so they had me come back the next week then the baby was showing I was 7weeks 1day that was on 5/15/2008 so they had me come back in 2 months 7/16/2008 now the baby in only showing I'm 15weeks 4days. I don't understand why the baby is not keeping up he should have been 16weeks. Now I have to go back on 8/11/2008 to see how much the baby is growing... Can you please tell me why this is and why the baby is not staying on track?

I have always been told that ultrasounds can be off by a week or so, especially in the beginning when the baby is so small.

I think that 15 wks and 4 days vs 16 wks is a negligible difference.  I wouldn't worry too much.

From what I have heared, ultrasounds aren't always correct.  I should have been 8 weeks 6 days during my first ultrasound based on my last period, but based on the size it measured 3 days earlier at 8 weeks 3 days.  Same with weight, they can be off with that also.  I don't really know much more than hear-say, but if the doctor isn't concerned and you trust their opinion then I would just go with that.
