urine color?

My urine has been like a neon yellow kinda lime greenish color. I drink plenty of water so I know I'm not dehydrated and I'm taking prescription prenatal vitamins. What could this mean?

when taking multivitamins or B-complex vitamins. “Your urine will often turn a bright yellow or orange color due to the presence of vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin,” says Tieraona Low Dog, MD, clinical associate professor of medicine at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. The vitamin’s name gives you a hint: Flavin comes from the word flavus, which means yellow. “Your body just excretes what it doesn't need – it’s perfectly harmless,” says Dr. Low Dog.

Its totally normal. It comes from the b2 (riboflavin) in your prenatal vitamin. Same thing happens to meand my daughter.

I doubt I'm dehydrated because I pee often, and when I pee, it's a lot at a time. It's a light color, not dark. I am constantly chugging down water. But I'm 7 weeks.

I was told at my last er visit i was dehydrated. I drink only water during the day. Maybe a can of coke. the color seems like you might be a little dehydrated.

It could be from the iron in your prenatals. Iron will make your urine and poop wired colors.
