uterus massaging after c section?

I was just wondering how often should i be massaging my uterus, I was prescribe percoset for the pain, but i still feel tons of pain and I when i try to massage it it hurts really bad. are there any ways i can massage without causing tons of pain? I'm really afraid of doing much there because i'm afraid of tearing my stiches out. I was double sutured.

i didnt do it either, i also breast fed though not so much at the hospital or first few days due to the tremendous amount of pain i was in, i was also prescribed percoset, good luck girl, c-sections hurt and suck. Definitly try to take SHORT walks, i discovered keeping a pillow or folded up blanket pressed on it when i walked helped ease alot of the pressure i felt while walking.

i didn't do it- i think the nurses did it once or twice a day and that's it. However, I was breastfeeding, which helps everything shrink back down. I don't know if you are supposed to do it more if you are not bf'ing.
