I'm 19 weeks and my uterus is about 4 inches above my belly button. I have been told by my doctor that it should be just bellow my belly button or just behind it. Is it possible that there may be more then on in there? Or is it just a big baby? I can sometimes feel the baby kick my belly button and by my cervix at the same time?

I did!!! At like 10 weeks it felt like a lil fish was swimming around in there. By 13 weeks it felt like a butterfly trying to escape. By 16 it felt like someone tapping their fingers. And now its like wholly crap that feels weird. Lol. I have a short torso. So I dont know why your carrying so high. But expect to get huge!
I have a pretty long torso. Did you feel baby move around early as well? I started feeling quickening around 11weeks and kicks around 14 weeks they were very soft but definitely not gas.
It all depends on the size of your torso. I'm only 2 weeks ahead of you and my uterus is like 2 inches from my ribs. And I can feel baby just as high. Everyone is different.
