vent/ need someone to talk to

My fiance and I are having a baby girl, we are 31 weeks in. Early morning at about 12:30am I got a phone call and my fiance is in jail. His charge was a drug charge and I was not his drugs, it was found in the car of his friend. Neither of them copped out to it being theirs. Drug charges last a while and I am so stressed about the fact that I may not have him here for when I am in labor. I don't know what to do. I have been crying all ever sense I found out. We do everything together and its hard to even go a day with out him. He is my world and I am afraid. I will be here for him no matter what. But I can't bare to not see him for all this time. Someone please talk to me :(

Well they can't hold him but so long. If neither one claiming then they both will get charged with it. And if he has a fair or clean record the judge may jus charge him and or send him on his way back home. Now if it was a serious drug like crack or cocaine then he might b n for a little ride. They take that very serious. But if it jus weed then he sound b out very soon.

i'm so sorry you're going through this. Your partners friend is a little **** if they were his drugs and he didn't own up to it!
