vitamins make me sick :/
hey everyone i have a question. i was taking the prenatal vitamins but they make me sick and feel nausea and i was wondering what other type of vitamins can i take because i know i need them im 11w&1d pregnant and i want my baby to be healthy is my second child and i didnt feel like this when i took them with my first one.... what can i do or what can i take??
Mine made me sick too so I went to bilo (Wal-Mart has them too) and got vitafusion prenatal.They are flavored gummies and I take two every night so I don't feel all groggy during the day I just sleep through it.
Some women do OK on Flintstones children's vitamins. You could try a different brand first, and try them on a full stomach, or at night just before bed. Also, if you can only take some kinds of vitamins, be sure to add a folic acid supplement. The pills are very little and do not make you sick.
