My doctor prescribed a prenatal that also includes a stool softener... I take it with dinner and never had any problems and I am highly sensitive to anything I ingest.

The gummie pernetal is way more gentle, maybe try that first. They taste just like gummie candies.

You could also try a different brand. My friend said one brand made her sick however another didn't. I think she found the one a day women's prenatal vitamin worked best for her

I dont take my vitamins. I know im doing wrong but they make me so sick. For not taking them im always tired or feeling sleepy with no energy and im anemic. So atlist try to take them once in a while and drink alot of water or cranberry juice for constipation. Im going to start to take them one day yes one day no to see if i feel better.

You actually benefit from it most. The baby is like a parasite (I mean that in the best way possible I love my kids lol) but they get all their vitamins from you so if you're not getting way more than you need baby is still taking all you have to offer and leaving you with nothing which contributes to fatigue and other things but 500 years ago there were no prenatals and there were still babies so I'm sure you're fine lol

There are gummy prenatals you could try but you should talk to your dr about it. They are very important especially the folic acid

It is strongly recommended but many people don't. I couldn't take them at all with my first pregnancy and didn't with my 2nd. I did substitute with 2 flinstone vitamins though which doc said was a great alternative bc you do need extra vitamins for baby to get what it needs as well
