waking up hungry
Has anyone else ever woken up in the middle of the night because they were hungry?
Yes! Sometimes I wake up and my stomach feels so empty, like I have not eaten in days! As a matter of fact this morning around 5a it happened again...
I'm 24 weeks and yes most nights I wake up wanting something. But I really don't eat a lot neither last few nitghs know appetite but I know my little man is fine because he kicks all the time .
Yes ma'am. I actually woke up yesterday with my husband while he was getting ready for work and ate a pb&j. I bought a fruit trail mix and have it by my bed, you should try that. :)
It's only happened twice throughout my entire pregnancy- first really early on, I woke up wanting a slice of pizza, and a couple nights ago a banana. Ahahah but if it's a regular thing for you, try to eat something healthy because when you go back to sleep all that just sits in you.
