walking!!!!!!!!

I just really wanted to share my opinion on this!  The say walking alot helps with an easier labor.  And I Honestly couldn't agree more!!! I have a 4 year old son and when I was pregnant with him I literally laid in bed for 9 months stuffing my face and I gained 40 lbs! Labor with him took 12 hours and 2 and half of that was pushing a lo g with having to use help to get him out! This pregnancy I had a lot waitress/bar tending job where I worked 4-5 12 hour shifts on my feet constantly with 1 or no breaks! I worked all the way up to 37 weeks! Then my last 2 weeks of pregnancy I spent walking around during town everyday expect the last few days where I was miserable!  Had my daughter yesterday and was only on active labor for about 8 hours and only had to push for 10 minute's.  I'm a strong believer! So walk ladies!!!

Im 37 weeks and have been having lots of sex at least lol. Im gonna start walking and get an,exercise ball. I havent been extremely lazy.. i worked standing on my feel for 8 hours 5-6 days a week up until close to 30 weeks. Lost my appetite completely for a while so havent been stuffing my face. And since i stoppe working i like my bf to come home to a clean house so i at least do house work, even tho i sleep in. Hopefully labor goes easily im only a fingertip dialated :( but there is still time.

I was kinda active my first pregnancy, gained 40 lbs as well. Was in active labor for 5 hours and pushed for like an hour. Now with my second pregnancy I'm alot more active since my little boy loves going outside and we as a family love the outdoors. So I'm hoping my little girl pops out like a watermelon seed lol

And it may have been also because that was your first baby. The second time is most likely easier because your body knows the process. But I'm trying walking and sex , I'm a ftm and been stuffing my face and sleeping almost 24/7 smh, now I'm 3 days past due . I really regret not being active.

Your welcome ladies but remember it's gotta be strong walks! Do it for like 1-2 hours a day if ya can. More if your body can handle it and ALWAYS stay hydrated and only do what you can hanfle!. Forgot to mention I only gained 20 lbs this time.
