ways to enhance fertile CM

does anybody know how i can enhance my fertile CM?

has anybody tried something that worked? i think i have issues with my CM and thats why it took so long to get preg last time

They say robitussin or green tea helps enhance it.  Try pre-seed also.  It's a lubricant that mimics fertile cm, it is sperm friendly.

Gee, it's been a while since I've done the ttc thing.  I heard about evening primrose but I'm not sure how it works because I've never used it.  Also, there is some benefits to pineapple juice as well.  You have to do some investigating about those things though.

i just asked someone about the fertilaid cause i am wondering about it too.  i was reading about it but there are not many websites besides their own that say anything about people having success using it?

I asked about Fertilaid as well with no responses. I think it's either really new or no one has tried it. I would go with something like evening primrose oil (in pill form) or pre-seed.

I've heard Robitussin works wonders but I have yet to try it because I never think to buy it! I think you take a teaspoon a day during your fertile time, but I'm not certain. The only Robitussin I have is Pediatric Robitussin.

so you take just one teaspon during that time and it is supposed to help?  wow the things that are put to other use amaze me.  I am willing to try anything right about now.

I used robitussin and mucinex and also the fertile CM and I like the fertile CM the best.
