oh okay well i spoke to my ob today and she said they can do it laproscopically. :)
welll I guess mine is maybe an inch and a half??? After having 4 kids I wasnt too worried about one more scare, lol. Mine is directly under my belly button and it curves like a smiley face. Its very thin and isnt that noticable.
u know i was 10 and 12 when i had them so maybe the scar grew but i know they where about that size then too i believe. but let me tell u they maybe can do it laproscopic now becuz our lil girl has hirschsprungs disease and has had several major surgeries and colostomys and a couple feet of colon removed all laproscopic so id imagine they could do that surgery lapro too!! see its been bout 16 years since mine lapro surgery are tiny marks an inch or less!!
2 1/2 inches? were yours big?
i have a very minor scar about 2 and a half inches long on each side but mine are very low becuz of location
does it leave a scar? lol i would worry about that.
I got an umbilical hernia during my 3rd pregnancy. I had to have surgery to repair it after my DS was born. They did a mesh repair and it healed great. I got pregnant 3 weeks later and have not had any problems with it. The mesh held and it doent bother me anymore. Good luck hun. Its an easy fix:~)
i had 2 hernias but they were in the groin area i dont know where urs r but for me they were both repaired by surgery same day surgery. so they where way down low above my pubic bone one on each side
