went shopping..

I nearly fainted! And have no clue why.. I ate a good breakfast.. I felt dizzy, light headed, then all the colors in the store got intensely bright, then completely black, my face and hands started to tingle, and I lost my hearing..it took me about an hour to get a grip on myself..
Can something be wrong? I'm 24+5..
Still feel weak from all of that.. :/

It's normal because of the blood % in your body being higher, try to take it easy from now on... Your body will let you know, always have some water with you to drink... Good luck

This happens to me more often then I'd like but it is normal. My midwife told me it has to do with the blood circulation from your legs to head it takes a lil longer to get back to the brain, which in turn causes lack of oxygen. I thought I wasnt eating enough or drinking enough water but that's what I was told hope this helps

I had something similar Monday. I was sitting at lunch and I had eaten a good breakfast, and had just finished lunch and drank plenty of water but all the sudden I got dizzy and everything was bright and my hearing got really bad and I just threw up all over. I went to the hospital and they said it was fine and happens sometimes.
