My nipples are itchy and feels like there burning when it touches my bra and tshirt..
Anyone else felt this way? Im only 6 weeks. But get this my boobs arent sore yet so idk :/

Omg ive had nipple pains all through pregnancy. Take off your shirt and bra get 2 washrags and soak them with cold water and use them as compresses. Works wonders!

It happened to me at 22 weeks pregnant. They started to feel like they were on fire and I couldn't do anything to make it stop. I found it strange because it was only my nipples.  After a couple of days, it let up but then the pain was in my breasts. It is now 7 weeks later and I still have horrible soreness and pain in my breasts. What usually sets it off is something slightly touching or rubbing against my nipples accidentally. I know it sounds weird but the only relief that I would get from my nipple pain and now the breast pain is just to bend over and let them hang down without a bra on. In a few minutes, it eases up greatly. Good luck.
