I take ondansetron. It is a nausea and vomiting that is okay for pregnant woman. I am 21 weeks and have been taking it since 15 weeks. I would ask your doctor about giving them to you. They work so good for me!
I have had terrible nausea and vomiting also and know how much that *****! Make sure and keep drinking water, no matter what!
My dr said 1/2 of a regular unisom 3-4x daily. The plain kind not the rapid release kind. Sour candy such as lemon drops or jolly ranchers, peppermints. Small meals 6x daily each with a protein. These were things that were recommended by my ob for me during my last pregnancy. Good luck
I have heard saltines and never letting your stomach get empty (not too full either) helps.
