what does it feel like when baby drops?

Hello everyone, I am wondering if I will feel and notice when my baby drops?  I am 36 weeks so any day now...right?

I felt A LOT of pressure in my pelvic area...then soon after, I felt lots of movement in pelvic area too.  I'm 37 weeks and dropped around 35 weeks.

Hmmm. honestly, this last week my stomach has gotten lower and I've gotten alot of pelvic pain (like things were being stretched to the MAX) but I've thought it was just some bad round ligament pain.

Yesterday my mom made the comment that my stomach was lower, but I don't really think he's dropped yet. I still get kicks near my ribs.

i'm 27 weeks and my boys dropped about 2 weeks ago. i didn't know but my mom did. my stomache got significantly lower and i had tremendous pelvic pressure.

i just asked my friend the same question (this is my first baby-i'm 30 weeks).  she said that she felt a lot of sudden pressure in her pelvis area and could breath better because baby was much lower.

i am worried because my baby has been laying sideways with her feet up over her head.  i hope she gets into position in time!!

When does the baby typically drop?  I'm about 29 weeks now.

I'm 27 weeks w/my first so I don't have personal experience w/dropping, but a couple of close gal pals described it as significant pressure/weight on the pelvic region, and increased discharge (including some mucus from the plug, for some). All of them said that their bellies definitely seemed lower, but if you've been carrying low all along I would imagine it would be hard to tell the difference. I've been carrying quite high so I am expecting it to look different if/when I drop.... hope this helps!! Best wishes to you, you're almost there!!

I am been feeling some pressure in my vaginal area and a lot more discharge....normal?  Baby dropping?  anyone know?

i have no idea i think my baby has dropped because my stomach is so much lower now but i havent felt all this pressure everyone else is talking about i will be 34 weeks in 2 days

I 'm 37wks and when I went to my 35wk appt my baby has already drop I've been feeling alot of moving in my lower pelvic area thats how I knew
