I am 24 weeks, and feeling her move, but mostly at night.  My doctor put me on a heart moniter for 20 minutes today, and the heart rate was strong and steady, and the nurse was saying that all those noises we were hearing were the baby moving, but I couldn't feel a lot of it!  So, she was moving a bunch that I didn't feel.  The nurse said it could be that the baby was facing down, and her movements were hitting me on the inside more than the outside, the inside movements are harder to feel,

In my first pregnancy, I felt my daughter moving around 19 weeks.

Now I am pregnant with twins and I felt them in the 13th week.  I am in 17th week now, and it isnt everyday, and when I can feel it, it is in the evening after I have eaten and am just laying on the couch relaxing, then sometimes I can feel it.  But sometimes 5 days go by between kicks.  My doctor told me not to get stressed about that because they still have room and I shouldnt get disappointed when it is not everyday.

I first felt the baby at 17 weeks but wasnt sure  if it was him or not until I felt him moving more in the 18th week - it feels like a tapping right under the skin - it usually occurs right where my pants sit (I wear low rise pants)

to me it feels like a small marble slowly rolling around in a water balloon.
my first i felt around 15 weeks. i've been feeling slight movement on and off since 12 weeks (15 weeks now). with both pregnancies i felt it when sitting, especially with my legs pulled up. I think it kinda scrunches things up in there. I also have an anterior placenta, so i am surprised that i feel things.

I'm sooo jealous so many of you felt movement so early!!!  I didn't feel anything until 20w!  How did it feel?  Wonderful!  But really, the first time, I was in the car, and it felt like a heart beat in my stomach...Now, it feels like kicking, rolling punching and I LOVE it!!!!  I will truly miss this part of pregnancy!

With Anika, I didn't feel her until I was about week 19 or week 20.  With this babe, I starting feeling him/her around week 16.  I would describe them as little flutters.  Almost like a butterfly flying around in your stomach.

I just posted a similar question in the September babies forum.  And then I saw this post.  I swear I think I am feeling very faint baby flutters  already, at 13 weeks! =)

Mine felt like I had a little water jet going in my belly. It only lasted a few seconds at a time though. There were multiple times in a row when she would move, and now they are so strong! They are fir sure kicks, and no longer flutters! So much fun!!!

Mine felt like bubbles popping. Then as he got stronger and bigger it began to feel like someone punching me from inside with TIny fists and feet!

For me I felt my lil man pretty late. I was 18 wks. I would feel him especially laying down on my back. He was very low and I coudl feel him rolling around and thumping. Now he goes up to the penthouse and I can see him move side to side on my stomach. His movements can be felt by my dh. I'm 21 wks. Best wishes to you. do you know what you are having?
Hugs,
AP

I didn't feel my baby move until about 25 weeks, and my husband and I felt it together.  I had an anterior placenta, so there was a cushion in front of the baby which made it take longer for me to feel him.  I felt some flutters, but I got the jabs at 25 weeks.

With my first I knew I was feeling him at 14 weeks. By 18-20 weeks I was feeling him a lot stronger. It kinda felt like a light tapping in the beginning, almost like someone was lightly flicking the inside of my belly. I definitely knew the difference between him moving and gas within a week of feeling those flutters. lol. =)  With this pregnancy I found the heart beat early and where I have found it, every now and then I will feel this light tapping in that area. I am 9w3d now.  This is my 4th pregnancy, but will be my 2nd baby. You probably are feeling the baby move! Just to let you know, the movements won't be consistent until week 25-28. (just so you don't panic when you don't feel it everyday) =)

with this pregnancy (6th...4th baby) i THINK i was feeling the flutterying...almost gas bubble type of movements at around 13-14 weeks... and then i really started feeling her MOVE (kicks and stuff) at 20 weeks... but there was what felt like pushes and stretches around 17-18 weeks... this pregnancy is wayyyy differant than any of my other kids... this lil girl is one heck of a mover, yesterday was moving constantly... i dont think there was a hour go by that she wasnt moving.... she seemed pretty restless... which make me sore and restless...lol

With my first it was like a butterfly inside my tummy. After that it was little bubbles almost like little gas bubbles only in one spot. That was 15 weeks. This time it was easier to reconize what it was.

Hmm to me it felt like a really soft tapping on different sides of my belly and sometimes a big flutter which was him turning I guess.
It does not feel like gas at all.

With my first it was around 15 weeks I would say. It feels like a little octopus in your tummy or like a fish squirming around haha.

it's not a very obvious feeling when baby first starts to move. it's kind of like a flutter, butterflies in your tum. and i reckon once you're wondering if you're feeling the baby move-you are. i was 14-15 weeks, but it varies from prergnancy to pregnancy.
