What does it mean if you measure ahead if the number of weeks you are? Will that mean my baby may come earlier?

My baby measures a week ahead and he has been since I was 20 weeks. I'm now going on 37 weeks so we will see.:)

I think that might mean your either more pregnant then you thought you were or you're just having a big baby.
